Directions:

- Wet your toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes.

Love these tooth paste tabs. Locally made. Nice taste. Teeth feel clean afterward.
I can feel my teeth are happier with in a week or 2 of using this product. My teeth are whiter and feel stronger. I have been buying this on repeat.
Impressed that it works similar to the repair and protect toothpastes of the normal, chemical laden brands. And it's whitening. Doesn't make you feel ill if you swallow some by mistake.
