Directions for Use
For porridge

• Add 4 tablespoons (approximately 50g) to 90ml of water or plant-based milk and mix well.

With yoghurt

• Add 2 tablespoons to 125g yoghurt.
• Top with dried fruit and hemp seeds if desired.

Storage Instructions

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 months.
