I've had sleep issues for a long time. I've tried many remedies with no joy. Even though I ordered this product I was still skeptical about it's potential . I would recommend this product to everyone. I tried it and it worked like magic. I'm now purchasing my next order. Very effective.

Helps me fall asleep faster on restless nights. Works well for my mom too. Would recommend as a substitute to sleeping pills!

For me, it works moderately well for improving sleep (although I've only been using it for about a week). However, it has been fantastic for reducing hot flushes, both frequency and intensity (I'd give it 5 stars for that!), and I can really recommend it. Stick with it for at least a week though, as it takes a few days to become effective.

As someone who has suffered from sleep issues for many years, I can confidently say that this product has helped ALOT! It makes me fall asleep quicker, and I find I wake up less during the night. I should say though I am only doing half dosage at the moment (two capsules at night) and it seems to be working very well

Love Valerian, very subtle calming med. Usually used for sleeping but I use it during the day when I have a lot going on- calms anxiety. It helps my IBS symptoms. I use it intermittently when I really need some support for nerves.
