So far so good. Only on one tablet per day in the morning at this stage and already feeling a decrease in appetite and experiencing hardly any cravings for sweet treats and all sorts of carbs! Will buy again.

Used by wife, as part of her diet program ; helps with hunger pangs and regular bowel movement. Decreases in sugar cravings.

I've been taking this for a few months and it really helps with my insulin resistance issue. If I don't take it I pick up weight like crazy. I will keep on using it. ps. my husband says he has more energy when he takes it.

Excellent supplement for helping with blood sugar levels. I follow a ketogenic diet and use this if and when I can't avoid extra carbs in my day (think restaurant food, celebrations etc). I'm not sure where others get a bitter taste from, as the capsule is easy to swallow and I've never had it repeating on me. Fantastic product.
