Have been using bio curcumin with Rhoodiola rosea, and lion manes so it can be a bit tricky to conclude that my overall optimisation, mental clarity and constant energy are the result of this product alone. But one thing I can say for sure is I feel supercharged, and I can take on anything and will definitely take them together again in future.
Very effective taken twice a day after just a week. Significantly reduced overnight pain and stiffness in hands. Expensive but effective and great to support a local, sustainably minded company.

Bought this for my mom. May be too early to really give feedback after only a week but she did mention feeling less stiff on day 3
The anti-inflammatory effect of this product is so effective. I do suspect that it had a part to play in my heart skipping beats though, so just be cautious.
