I probably haven't used it continuously for long enough, but i haven't noticed anything different since drinking it. I'm using it specifically for hormone balance though. Love the good life brand though. Will continue to use for longer, i've read too many good things about this to discontinue any time soon. The taste is funky so i encapsulate them.

I felt rejuvenated from the first day I drank it.. it definitely works but the taste is horrible ????????.. I mixed the powder with milk and it was still horrible???? but I'm still consuming it regardless ????

I mix mine with plain yoghurt because it does have an unusual taste but nothing you can't eat. It does make a difference if I use it twice a day for anxiety and enerhy

It’s amazing how this caters to a variety of needs, whether you are stressed out, not sleeping well and feeling fatigued. The taste is something you will get over in no time after comprehending how much it actually helps and infact the taste is very much light. Who needs an energy drink or a sleeping pill when you’ve got this!

I have been using this product for only 6 days and I'm starting to experience it's effectiveness, I don't know if it's a placebo effect or something haha
