Directions:

• Pour 1 x tablespoon of castor oil onto the soft cotton side of the neck pack.
• Place the wrap over your thyroid and adjust the straps until comfortable and secure.
• Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day.

Care Instructions:

• Wash with water and bicarbonate of soda before first use.
• To clean your wrap after use, soak it overnight in a bowl with a mixture of hot water, bicarbonate of soda and natural soap such as castile soap.
• The next morning, wash the wrap and wring out the excess water.
• Take an old towel and lay the castor oil wrap against the towel, rolling the wrap up while blotting out any remaining oil residue.
• Lastly, hang the castor oil wrap out to dry.
• Store the castor oil wrap in a glass container after first use.
• Wrap does not need to be washed after each use.
• The wrap can be stored in a glass container in the freezer between uses to prevent the castor oil from becoming rancid.
• Upon next use, a small amount of castor oil can be added to bring the pack back to saturation.
• Own discretion should be used to determine how often the wrap should be washed.
• Once you feel the castor oil wrap or material is no longer functional, replace it with another.
