Pour 20 ml (4 tsp) into a cup and empty the cup into your mouth.

I will be honest I thought it was not going to be the same or similar to normal mouthwash, I am hooked and not looking back to other brands. Thanks FtN

Great mouthwash, I like the fact it is unsweetened though it is a bit surprising at first but one gets over it quickly

So, when I first tried this it was a bit of a surprise because it has no sweetner and most mouth washes are of course sweet to taste. That being said I actually quite like this, it is very minty and fresh and I find myself using it often. If you don't mind that it is not sweet then I'd recommend it...

This is a cheaper alternative to Therabreath. My mouth feels dry when i use other mouthwashes. I tried pharmaceutical types, i tried making my own concoctions at home.. The only mouth wash that worked for me was Therabreath. It is expensive to maintain as a student. I was sceptical about trying this product. But I'm confident to say, i have found what works for me. And the best part is that its 99% natural. I will keep ordering more.
