Directions for Use

• Wash and dry your hands before use.
• Remove one individually wrapped pad from the box and open the wrapper.
• Peel away the protective backing to expose the adhesive underside.
• Place the pad adhesive-side down in the gusset of your underwear and press firmly into place.
• Replace every 3 to 4 hours, or sooner when needed.
• Wrap the used pad securely and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush.

Storage Instructions

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.

• Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
• Do not flush pads or wrappers down the toilet.
• Keep unused pads in their individual wrappers until needed.
