Directions:
- Peel off the plastic wrapper, centre the pad on your underwear and press it down.
- To dispose of: remove the pad from your underwear, wrap it in toilet paper or a pad wrapper, and put it in a waste bin.

These little cotton liners, size 1 are fabulous. The adhesive strip goes the length of the liners, which makes them unmovable.
Worth working into your budget.
Others cannot compare.
Outer packaging rips easily when opening.
They are great, small enough to not be uncomfortable and do its job. You can feel the difference between pads that are cheap and those that are not.
