Directions:

Face Sculpting:

• To begin, apply a generous amount of product to ensure ample glide.
• Then, use the larger end of the spoon to sculpt the face and neck.
• Glide the spoon from the chin along the jawline, the upper lip towards the temple, the top of the brow to the hairline, and the collarbones upwards along the neck towards the jawline.

Acupressure:

• To begin, apply a generous amount of product to ensure ample glide.
• Then, use the smaller end of the spoon to apply pressure to acupressure points.
• Hold for 5-30 seconds.

Apply slight pressure:

• Between the brows can help reduce anxiety and improve sleep.
• To the inner eyebrow can relieve sinus pressure and headaches.
• To the outer eyebrow can alleviate headaches.
• To the temples can relieve tension headaches.
• To the mid-cheek can help relieve puffiness.
• To the outer jaw can relieve jaw tension.

Depuff:

• To begin, apply a generous amount of product to ensure ample glide.
• Then, use the smaller end of the spoon to apply pressure to acupressure points. Hold for 5-30 seconds.
• Glide the spoon from the lower inner eye towards the temple, inner eyebrow outwards to the temple, inner eyebrow upwards towards the hairline and from the outer eyebrow up towards the hairline.
