Directions:
- 1 heaped scoop of 40g in 500ml cold water.
- Consume about 10-20% of the sports drink before activity. The remaining volume can be consumed in small sips throughout the activity.

Simply the best Sports/Hydration drink Iv had. Keeps you hydrated and tastes great with plenty of flavours to choose from. A definite winner and had become an essential for all my trainings and games.
My boys love drinking this during swimming practice and galas. It works amazingly well.
