Directions:

2 level scoops in 250-300ml of hot/ cold milk/ milk substitute
Mix in a mug into a paste and then add milk/ milk substitute
Take 1 serving 30 minutes before bedtime

This is making such a huge difference in my son's sleep schedule - and his quality of sleep - without any negative impacts the next morning. Wonderful product.

Works really really well. My 10 year old is a really bad sleeper and she slept very deeply after having this. I would recommend using less than the started dosage for younger kids than you would for teens.
