I've been taking Bio77 Hydrate everyday for two months and noticed that my hand nails are no longer flaking/peeling and I have more energy throughout the day.
Great product for helping to restore trace minerals in the body.
I used this product in my water during Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training sessions which can leave you quite dehydrated and fatigued after a 90 minute session but adding a few drops of this to my water definitely helped with recovery and reducing the crash after training.
My electrolytes get off but so many oils have a tone of salt with makes me have puffy eyes and bigger thighs (over time). Or they have a tone of magnesium which I test high in during my blood work. Or they have fake sweeteners which I don’t want for my gut health. This is perfect. I put a small slit in the seal in the top instead of taking it all that off so it’s easy to throw in my bag when I’m going to be out all day. I notice when I need more because water will start to taste bad to me throughout the day then I just put some of this in and it tastes refreshing. Took me so long to fix these. I tried the other brand like this on here first and they don’t make the water taste good to me for some reason. Whatever the balance is with these it’s perfect for my body.
The first night I slept the whole night without cramping. Then I had a few bad nights. The last two nights have been good. So hopefully it will balance everything out and my cramps will be a thing of the past.
