Directions:

• For children aged 1 - 11 years old.

Calm the Nerves Essential Oil Roller:

• Apply to wrists and inhale deeply before tests, exams or situations of anxiety.
• Alternatively, apply to the back of the neck, along the spine, and/or the bottom of the feet 30 minutes before bedtime.

Energy & Joy Essential Oil Roller:

• Inhale from cupped hands and apply to pulse points behind ears, on wrists and at the base of the skull when needed.
• Use as often as needed.

Focus Friend Essential Oil Roller:

• Apply under the nose, forehead, back of the neck and/or bottoms of feet as needed.
• Inhale from cupped hands or wrists, breathing deeply.
• Use up to 6 times a day when necessary.

• Possible skin sensitivity.

• If under a doctor’s care, consult your doctor before use.
• Keep out of eyes, inner ears, open wounds or sensitive areas.
