So far so good, noticing an increase in my energy levels. I have an underactive thyroid, so looking forward to seeing what other improvements will happen. I'm on medication, but wanted to boost my body a bit.

First Time trying this - With my underactive Thyroid, it can only boost my energy levels. Anything Natural goes!

The product works well, but the label is a bit confusing. It lists Chondrus crispus (Irish moss), while the material used appears to be Gracilaria, which is the more common “gold” sea moss. These species have different characteristics and iodine levels, so it would be helpful if the label reflected the correct one. Otherwise, it’s a good product.
