This one is the real deal, it is natural real vitamin E which is absorbed by the body and use efficiently. it is expensive, but the quality is outstanding. Vitamin E is used for uterine lining, skin/eyes health, and to remove free radicals etc.
I take Vitamin E as it helps reduce my night-sweats (caused by my antidepressants). The first Vit E product I tried was Viridian.
