Directions:

• To cook, place 1 cup of couscous in a heatproof bowl, add 1 cup of boiling water, cover, and let sit for 5 - 10 minutes, until the water has been absorbed.
• Fluff with a fork before serving.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, reseal the ziplock or store in an airtight container.
