Directions:

• Ideal for adding to oats, muesli, smoothies, yoghurt, or baked goods.
• Can be used to make jam, chia seed puddings, or soup.
• Can be used as an egg replacer: simply replace 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds mixed with 3 tablespoons of water, then mix well.
• Allow the mixture to sit for 15 to 20 minutes until it becomes gelatinous.
