This refreshing mint floss is made with strong, shred-resistant nylon coated with a light natural wax that easily glides between teeth for a comfortable, soft, thorough clean. Directions:
- Start by breaking off about 18 inches of floss and wind most of it around one of your middle fingers. Wind the remaining floss around the same finger of the opposite hand.
- Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, and gently insert it between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Be careful not to snap the floss into your gums, which can cause injury.
- Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, making sure to go beneath the gum line. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth so that you are not transferring bacteria from one tooth to another.
- Use a gentle up-and-down motion to remove plaque and food particles between your teeth.

This floss shreds between my teeth and gets stuck, the box also fell apart. Wouldnt buy again. They get 2 stars for trying to be environmentally friendly though.
It is way more expensive than other brands .. It has no flavour and is very very cheap material . It breaks very easily while you use it leaving threads in your teeth ....
Better then many others wud prefer a better casing that doesn't break easily
I wanted this to work, as they provide 50 meters of floss, whereas many other brands only provide 30 meters. But this is the last box that I will buy, it shreds if you have tight spots between you teeth - not much fun trying to sort that out.
It's a good alternative to regular floss just be sure to open the packaging carefully so you don't damage the part that cuts the floss.
