Directions:

• Add 40g (±4 level scoops) to ±500ml of cold water in a shaker or water bottle and shake well to dissolve.
• Start sipping 10-15 minutes before the activity and aim to consume 500ml to 750ml per hour of moderate-intensity activity, or 750ml to 1000ml per hour of intense activity.
• Alternatively, use as recommended by your fitness or nutritional advisor.
