Directions for Use

• Abstain from ejaculation for 3–7 days before collecting the sample.
• Collect the semen sample in the provided specimen cup.
• Allow the sample to liquefy for approximately 60 minutes.
• Use the transfer device to collect 0.1mL of the sample.
• Mix the sample with the supplied dilution buffer.
• Add 2 drops of the prepared mixture into the test cassette.
• Wait 5 minutes before reading the result.
• Two lines at C and T indicate sperm concentration at or above approximately 15 million/mL.
• One line at C only indicates sperm concentration below approximately 15 million/mL.
• No control line indicates an invalid result; repeat the test with a new device.
• Follow the enclosed instruction leaflet for further, more detailed instructions and before interpreting the result.

• Wash your hands before and after sample collection.
• Cover all cuts and abrasions on your hands with a waterproof dressing.
• Ensure the collection container is clean and free from soap residue before use.
• Take precautions whenever handling body fluids and immediately clean and disinfect any spills.
• Always wear gloves and appropriate protective equipment when handling another person’s body fluids.
• Dispose of used testing components safely after use.
