Directions:

• Hold the tip of the Palo Santo stick over an open flame till it catches light. A candle or lighter will work best.
• Allow the stick to burn before blowing out the flame, creating a smoking coal.
• For space clearing, waft the Palo Santo stick around the space you would like to clear with the intention of removing stagnant energy.
• Place your burning stick in a metal, glass, or clay bowl and allow the smoke to go out on its own or blow gently to continue burning.
• To increase burning time, you can gently blow on the coal to create more smoke.
• Unlike traditional incense sticks, your Palo Santo will burn out on its own. Each stick can be reused 3-5 times.

Only naturally fallen branches & trunks are harvested. Each tree that's harvested has to have to lay fallen for at least two years before it’s harvested in the case that the tree may re-sprout. A reforestation & restoration program is followed where every tree harvested another ten trees are planted. The commercial viability of Palo Santo sticks helps to ensure the continuation & longevity of Palo Santo & ensures that those in future generations have access to cultural & spiritual practices that are associated with it.
