- Made from organic corn, which is naturally gluten free, high in fibre and lower in carbohydrates than wheat.
- The corn is processed with calcium hydroxide (Nixtamal Process) which helps your body to experience less problematic digestion, and a generally better functioning inner digestive system as well as more energy.

- Niacin has shown to reduce bad cholesterol and enhance ones good cholesterol, while improving digestion, metabolism, cell repair and has even shown a purifying effect against cancers in the body.
- Through the nixtamal process, the alkaline that occurs can also reduce the amount of the protein zein in the body, improving essential amino acid balance.

These corn chips are the best. I use them to make nachos and it never fails, especially now that I can't have it as a sit in meal, these chips makes it almost, if not totally as authentic as the original. I think being organic definitely helps!
Being from Mexico I never thought I could find real corn chips that were up to my standards. I was wrong. These chips are amazing an dperfect for guac or hummus!! Super crispy and crunchy, enough salt (but not too much) and super delish.
Loved them. They're quite crunchy compared to other brands and a little more expensive, but worth it. Just the right amount of saltiness for me. All the family enjoyed them.
So absolutely delicious. You can taste these are made with love and their odd shapes are because they are all hand cut. What a treat! Opened my bag and ate them for 5 days straight with guacamole and hummus, absolutely delicious vegan option! I was surprised how they didn't go stale without any preservatives or nasty additives.
I love these nachos. They are so good to eat on their own but also with cheese & guac. They are also not oily or too salty, so when I eat them I don't feel crazy guilty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
