Great for your feet and hands, i'd advise against using it on the rest of your body as its really rough and scratchy.

It's good for heels, actually very good. But it will take my skin off if I try to use it as a body scrub.

I’d say it’s really good for the feet, especially underneath but it’s a bit too rough for the rest of the body, I’ve only used it once so maybe it gets softer with use. 10/10 would recommend as an alternative to a scrubbing block for heals and bunions though.

Cannot recommend more!!!!!!! I have already bought 4 for gifts and back-ups. I use them to exfoliate my heals (which are really really bad) and it has worked miracles. I use it with some soap and then I scrub. Awesome awesome product. Also awesome that I can just compost it when I am done.
