Directions:

Apply a pea-sized amount of Yoni Balm onto the labia or place into the vagina (do not rub), and allow to melt.

It's quite solid initially, which makes it a bit difficult to spread around, bit once it's warms up it's great. Very soothing.

I have been using this product for about a week and it has been treating me very well. definitely going to by it again my one is finished.

When do you need this product? If you know, you know. This is truly a lifesaver for me. After breast cancer and the treatment that follows, this balm soothes and eases a lot of discomfort. I am so glad I found it here on FTN website.

When you apply this balm put a bit on your finger, then touch your intimate parts with your finger and keep finger still for 10 seconds before you softly slowly gentle start to rub, this allows the balm to melt first before you apply it or else the balm is still to hard to rub in.

It is a great product. Post menopause with all the challenges that come with it, this product is exactly what I needed to make me feel comfortable and feminine again.
