really good quality product - I've tried many different brands of L-glutamine and take it daily for gut / digestive problems, and this is definitely one of the better quality ones i've used.
Definitely recommend. I use it in my water during a workout and definitely noticed that I’m less stiff than my friends after the same workout. Ifyou put it in your 500ml water bottle it also dilutes the taste so you don’t notice it. Lovely product.
Dissolves quite well and the taste isn't too bad. Love the Ziploc design on this pouch, no issues with sealing and unsealing it.
Such a great product to help with recovery after training. Mix it with my smoothie. it goes a long way as well. My body and muscles don't feel so sore after training
