I've only been using this product for a few days and I'm already feeling a difference. It's helps to reduce my appetite and cravings in the day. Highly recommend

If you sensitive to alcohol I would not recommend this product I took it diluted in water and I'm still very much suffering from a intense headache almost like a hangover and I don't consume any alcohol. So I would not recommend it to those like meself who are sensitive to alcohol.
