Directions:

Place drops directly under the tongue, or add to a small measure of water.

I’ve been using this brand of Dong quai for years. 1st to treat my hormonal imbalance and now for vaginal atrophy because of menopause. I’m up to 50 drops a day (20 am, 30 pm) and it works great. When I first started 5 years ago, 20 drops in the morning was all it took. It’s been great to be able to return over and over again to this brand. I trust it immensely.
