Directions for Use

• This kit is intended for single use only. Do not reuse the test device, lancet, pipette or any other component.

• Self-testing should not replace professional medical consultation, laboratory testing, diagnosis or treatment.
• Do not use the test after its expiry date or if the sealed pouch or any component is damaged.
• Use the sterile lancet once only and dispose of it safely after use.
