It has a slight lemon smell which I like. I used this on my babys nappy rash and it was amazing. It was a fungal rash and this cream soothed it then cleared it within days. On the recommendation of my doctor I shall continue to use it for another 2 weeks. It is expensive for a nappy cream but I shall continue to use it because a happy baby is a happy mummy.

I've been using this product on my eye lids and lips as I have flakey skin from yeast infection. It's very soothing and I find it safe to use in delicate areas, I have sensitive skin. It works hard to keep the eczema under control on my face and neck. Awaiting the Olive ointment to compare the two. The consistency is fine, it goes from firm to soft depending the temperature. It smells like oxygen, fresh..I've come to appreciate it, even though it was strange at the start. I would recommend it especially for face and sensitive skin. Only downside is the price...this will last me a month ongoing if needed. But it's worth paying for something that actually works instead of cortisones that leaves you with lifetime skin thinning.

Great for healing irritated skin. Using on my dogs face and within a few days of using the inflammation has gone.

The smell is not unpleasant, it smells like radio frequency therapy. This gel healed a rash on my roommate's face. I personally can't wait to use it applied to my lips and nostrils when flying because I always get sick when I am in airplanes.
