Description
Cashews are high in protein and in healthy unsaturated fats and include a large amount of important vitamins and minerals such as phosphorous and magnesium, which promote bone health. They are also rich in vitamins B, E, K and iron. With a similar nutritional profile as almonds, cashews offer the same cholesterol lowering and disease prevention properties.
Per 100g, there is 15.6g of protein and 6.3g of fibre.

Just like the Macadamia nutbutter, this was the first time I've purchased the Cashew nubutter, and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed every last spoonful of this heavenly goodness!!!
Absolutely loved it. Amazing in smoothies and on toasts, definitely ate it out of a spoon a couple of times. Considering how expensive cashews are and that making your own nut butter would be expensive, I don't mind the price too much.
I loved this nut butter! I had it almost every other day with banana on toast. Also adds a lovely taste and texture to homemade smoothies and mixed in with cooked oats and coconut milk. Was sometimes a bit difficult to spread, but maybe cause it's winter now? Otherwise, great product with no unwanted extras.
I've enjoyed this butter, I haven't used it on toast or anything like that, mostly banana smoothies which have kept me nice and full for a long period of time. It's not something I would just eat out the jar like some people suggest but each to their own. I will purchase this again though.
As a non dairy vegetarian cashew butter is the perfect spread and/or base for mayonnaise. Cashew nut butter and honey on warm toast is to die for !
