Great for milk supply
I started this together with the sunflower lecithin supplement and definitely saw an increase in milk supply. I’m not sure which of these products helped more, but I’ll continue both for the reminder of my breastfeeding journey. Will also get the bigger box next time, now that I know it works.
This product might actually work too well. I thankfully already have a good supply, but thought I’d try a sachet in the evening just to give my boobs a high5, and maybe give my milk some nutritional support. I woke up in the morning with HUGE, very full boobs and a serious concern about developing mastitis as my babe didn’t need or want as much milk as I suddenly had. I’m too scared to have another sachet! And I’m sure it was due to this as I didn’t change anything else in my diet or routine. So if you need a boost, definitely take it! If you don’t, maybe be cautious, haha.
The 10 pack is great and compact, especially for a breast-feeding and pumping mama that's gone back to work recently. I have the box stashed in my work closet and use a sachet or two in my water bottle. The flavour is refreshing and my milk supply is nice and stable, now that my baba is 4 months old and I have returned to work full-time.
Really loving the Noa & Co Breastfeeding Support! It tastes so yummy and is such an easy way to stay hydrated, especially on those busy days when I forget to drink enough water, and I've found it really helps keep my milk supply steady too!
