A friend convinced me to try Ashwagandha for focus and mental performance. There are many products out there, I didn't know where to begin. I researched and decided to try this one. First of all, some Ashwagandha supplements are from questionable manufacturers, and people report ill side effects - I have been 100% OK on these tablets, which is great news. I do feel a bit more alert and clear-minded, and will keep taking this to see how much of a difference it makes over the long term. Really affordable - this is 6 month's supply.
A great product , the 1200mg is for 2 tablets which is considered a "serving". I don't appreciate that kind of labeling but despite that is still a good product, with a decent percentage of active ingredient which is good value for money. I have definitely felt an improvement in sleep and calmness.
This stuff is incredible I couldn't believe how quickly it worked, the change while I couldn't pinpoint it was definitely there and I could feel I felt differently for the better.
Since I starting taking this product I have more mental clarity and calmness. Have been using it daily since November 2024
Felt relief from anxiety almost immediately. Love that the tablets are small and easy to swallow.
