Directions:

I took a leap of faith by buying this because it is very expensive and had no reviews as yet. It is an excellent product even though the taste is a bit unpleasant. I have experienced a huge increase in energy levels and I am hoping for an improvement in hair, skin and nails in the long term. I suffer from bad insomnia an in spite of that not improving the increase in energy after ONE dose was a surprise. Highly recommended. I take it early mornings and before bed on an empty stomach

These were recommended by a health nut friend. I was hesitant to order them as they are expensive but trusted her recommendation. I’m now on my third bottle as I can really see and feel the difference in my wellness, skin and nails. My husband has new hair growing in! I feel more hydrated and actually like the taste.
