Directions for Use

• Collect a fresh urine sample in a clean, dry container.
• Dip 1 test strip briefly into the sample, ensuring all test areas are wet.
• Remove the strip and blot off excess liquid.
• Place it on a clean, flat surface.
• Compare each colour change with the chart on the bottle according to the timing stated in the enclosed instructions.
• Consult your healthcare provider if you receive an abnormal result.
• Follow the enclosed instruction leaflet for further, more detailed instructions and before interpreting the result.
