Everything you’ll need:
- 1 Bag of Mojo Me Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 cup of water
- ⅓ Cup of vegetable oil or melted butter
- 3 egg whites
Directions:
- Make sure you have everything you’ll need
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F
- Blend the Chocolate Cake Mix with 1 cup of water, ⅓ cup of vegetable oil or melted butter, and 3 large egg whites until mixture is uniform in texture
- Pour batter into baking pan and begin cooking immediately
- Bake for 40 mins
- Remove from the oven when the cake passes the toothpick test*
*Poke the center of cake with a toothpick; when it comes out clean the cake is ready

Im not sure about this cake mix. The texture was great for a gluten free cake but we all feel it lacked flavour and could use a little more sweetener. Perhaps I need to try it with a different frosting?
What value for money! Celebrated my birthday with this cake... An absolute delight.. Highly recommended for diabetics.. I'm a Mojo fan...

Great mix, however I found it lacked a bit of sweetness, so will add some erythritol next time. The mousse filling saved it for me. However, the best was warming it slightly and adding carb free ice cream - tasted wonderful and made a great pudding for the cold winter nights! It's definitely a great cake mix, by banting/keto/diabetic-friendly standards. Don't expect it to be as amazing as the reviews say IF you aren't used to these diets.
I added half a tin of coconut cream and xylitol to sweeten as it didn't seem sweet enough.
I made it into cupcakes.
I prefer sweetened with honey taste, but made this for someone who can't have honey.
There is no icing included, but recipes for icing on the packet.
Simple idea: I melted no sugar peanut butter chocolate and put it on as icing.
This is really good for what it is... used normal icing to ice some of them - kids & husband enjoyed it.
Used peanut butter to spread on the rest of them and i really enjoyed it.
