i bought this for my mom since sh has low iron in hr blood because of the pills shes taking and shes been raving about how much energy she has and how good her kin look.

I have been using this iron because I had extreme low iron levels. My levels have improved since using this. This one does not upset my stomach (other brands did). Great brand in general.

This has really helped with my energy levels. I’ve been struggling to find a vegan iron supplement the whole of 2019. Really happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone with an iron deficiency.

Really excellent iron supplement. Very mild metallic taste, i take it in juice or vit c. I was cautious about the empty stomach nausea as I’ve had that with other things but after reading that iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach I tried it and haven’t had any nausea, however it was always during day (2 hours after eating, 1 hour until eat) and not first thing in morning. Makes a difference.

Best iron supplement I've ever tried! My iron went from 9 to 139 in 8 weeks taking 1 tsp twice a day in water with vit C and well away from dairy/calcium containing foods. No constipation or any other side effects either! I can run fast again! I've used many of the 'best' iron supplements that Dr's prescribe for years with almost no effect save for constipation. If only I knew of this earlier.
