Been using these for a few weeks, love the fact that i can trust they have all the right ingredients in them wihtout any major fillers. Really gives peace if mind. Also really easy to take, one medium soft shelled tablet
Good prenatal supplement with essential vitamins.
Month four of using prenatally. Great so far, if I eat on an empty stomach the waxy capsule makes me very burpy, but with food (as recommended) no issues.
