Lectin free great for gut health. Loads of nutrients and fiber. 60min cooking time, just cook enough in one go for rest of the week :)
they take too long to cook
Yes, it takes long to cook, but tastes delicious! I cook a cup and a half or more and at a time, and then store it in the fridge. I heat some up every morning - breakfast for a week or more.
Good quality sorghum. It’s so versatile. I always have some in the pantry. I don’t like rice that much so use this as replacement.
Can you confirm that this product is not dried with glyphosate?
