I have interstitial cystitis and can not use normal stock because of the Msg's and preservatives. I had no flare using this product and it was yum!

This stock is packed with mushroom flavour. I always add it to my miso soup as it enhances the taste and is a perfect companion to miso. I just question why sugar is one of the ingredients?
