Really soft and gentle. Our toilet is also very sensitive and gets blocked very easily. The blockages have reduced significantly since using this paper. Well worth the slightly extra price

A bit thin but does the job, and it's nice to know we are using something natural. No plastic would make it even better.

Like others have also commented, the whole branding of them being eco etc yet they sort of miss the point by printing this all on a HUGE non recycled/recyclable plastic wrapping - its like there is no plastic issue at all... so you can feel good about having very eco loo paper, and just ignore the fact that it comes cladded in plastic... out of integrity I will not buy this again till they re-look at a more holistical/eco friendly way from start to end of this product... there others who get it right. And it makes one (me) wonder how eco their whole production is if this is how they present themselves in the market place...

Very happy with this product. Although attention needs to be paid to consistency in the feel of the paper from pack to pack as I have had packs where the feel of the paper is not as soft as it generally is, its an environmentally friendly product that works for me and I will go on purchasing it.
