Love that you can get daily requirements in 1 capsule vs other brands where you need to take 2/3. Zero reflux which is amazing.
I’m really picky about fish oil because of the aftertaste but this one has none. Feels like one of those boring but essential supplements that just quietly does its job. My recovery feels better and I don’t get that creaky feeling after hard training anymore.
