I had heard about Shilajit from Barbra O’Neil and then a friend raved about it so I decided to try it myself! Well! I haven’t taken a supplement that has made such an impact in a very long time!! Notable changes - I fall asleep more easily and wake up more easily too in the morning, I feel like I have more energy and zest for my day now and overall just feel stronger. Also - and I don’t know if shilajit is to thank (although it’s the only thing I’ve added to my routine) but my periods are spot on time (where they weren’t before). I decided to put my husband on it and the most notable change is his mood! He’s much cheerier throughout the day and seems to have more energy too. It tastes terrible, but dissolves easily in hot water so I drink it as a shot after my morning lemon water and chase it was a sip of coffee which works a treat!

The product is notably thick when cold but dissolves easily in warm water, which is quite convenient. Shortly after starting the supplement, I came down with a severe flu. While this was an unfortunate turn of events, I suspect it might be related to the detoxifying effects of the Shilajit, as it could be clearing toxins from my body. Since then, I've observed a few positive changes. My focus and energy levels have slightly improved, and interestingly, I've noticed that everything around me appears more vivid. It's a subtle yet noticeable shift that adds to my overall sense of well-being. Overall, I'm optimistic about the benefits and look forward to seeing further improvements.

Great product would definitely buy again hubby started using it for overall health benefits. Plus I give it to the kids to.

Have only taken the first dose but wanted to say I have high hopes. Read interesting reviews touting the benefits and was seriously disappointed when I couldn't get the cap off. I sent it back to F2N and they duly gave me a refund(thank you!). Huge surprise that the supplier took the trouble to let me know this wasn't normal and without any prompting from me replaced the product! I hope it works for me and would definitely support Hala in future off the back of my interaction with their rep. Thanks so much; nice to know they're an ethical company that stands by their product. p.s. it smells awful but when taken with water, really wasn't as bad as expected.
