This pasta is pretty good. It has an earthy taste and texture. I like that it is high in protein. I also like that there is no plastic packaging.

I was very skeptical when I first bought this product because I just did not know what to expect but WOW was I not disappointed. It is filling and just so great. Love the packaging - super earth friendly. Its on my monthly purchasing list.

It is pretty much the same as normal pasta. The texture is different and it is dry with out a good sauce.

A delicious pasta that's full of fibre- what more could one ask for? I mix it with rice pasta to make a more nutritious meal

Takes a little getting used to at first as it is earth and gritty. But after that you can't get enough. Delicious and a MUCH healthier alternative to traditional pasta. Especially for a good protein intake.
