Directions:
Daily Maintenance:

• Take 3 capsules every morning with a big glass of water, before food.
• The ideal dose may vary from person to person.

7-Day Quick Cleanse:

• Take 4 capsules 3 times daily with a big glass of water, before food.

• Not suitable for vegans and vegetarians (gelatin capsule).
• Do not use after the expiry date stated on the bottle.
• Do not use Multi Fibre if you notice visible signs of deterioration.
