Was recommended Berberine by a friend to me for losing some weight and helping with insulin resistance, and saw this had some other supplements I wanted to try along with the Berberine, like Inositol, which makes it quite cost effective. It's technically for PCOS, but it worked well for me and I've gone down a size in a month and half (this is my second bottle).
