I have seen a difference in my quality of sleep using this product. I take it at night and I also feel a difference in muscle recovery after training.
Well priced, quality magnesium and I like that it is packaged in a glass bottle. Since it only contains Biglycinate and Taurate, I do combine this product with another magnesium complex by Prime Self.
Positive experience! Better sleep and feel rested even if I don't get enough sleep. Migraines are a thing of the past, had severe headaches and migraines daily for years! I notice the effects on muscles and sleep if I forget to take it. Reduction in cramps during menstruation. Shared it with family members and they all have positive reviews!
Excellent product
I love this brand. The quality is great, and so is the value. I find the magnesium very helpful for ongoing sleep issues - helps to calm my nervous system. I use both the BodyMag and MindMag and definitely find it works.
