This laundry powder works well and only a small quantity is needed. It seems expensive though I have not done the calculations to see how it compares with supermarket products but I just feel better knowing it is "green"
A friend recommended this product to me years ago when I was breaking out in rashes, so I switched from the normal detergents full of chemicals to EarthSap ( as well as going more organic and natural) for my clothes and bedding. It made a quite a difference for my skin.
This is the only washing powder I use! Have been using it for about 6 years and it has never let me down. You don't actually have to use as much as recommended I've found, but for really dirty clothes I tend to add the recommended dose. Your washing doesn't smell like chemicals like regular washing powder and it lasts longer.
Bought this before and I wasn't quite satisfied as the powder leaves a oily residue on clothing thought I might just have gotten a bad batch so I tried again and the same thing happened. It does clean the clothes but it comes out looking grey.....not buying again.
I found this product gave the clothes a starchy feel. It cleaned them alright but unless used with a fabric softner I wouldn't use it again.
