This is a great, guilt-free sugar substitute especially for diabetics. Of course, like all sugar alternatives it is pricey, so have to use it sparingly, which is also a good thing, I guess!
Not nearly as sweet as refined sugar. Also has no hints of coconut taste, but rather a deep caramel flavour. Such a curious sugar alternative, but I am enjoying getting used to it as a replacement to refined sugar.
